One major way we walk into the danger zone is by speaking against authority, people in position both in Politics, Religion, your Husband, Boss in the office and your seniors. This open door no man can close according to the laws of our God. It is amazing today that people have a lot of reasons which make them to speak against people. They use different measures to justify themselves yet God has spoken that we should respect everyone in authority; he admonished us to intercede, pray, supplicate for them, and that thanks giving be made for kings and all who are in authority so that they will lead quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. This includes political leaders, religion leaders, government officials, public office holders known or unknown to them so, there’s no excuse.
This will first start at home because a man’s utterance is a reflection of what he is trained up with. As they say; charity begins from home. God says ‘don’t rebuke an older man but exhort him as a father, young men as brothers and vice versa, so that you’ll make your way prosperous and get to your desired destination with long life as promised. God says let them show piety at home first and respect their parents for this is good and acceptable before God. He went further to tell parents, if you want to enjoy your children properly, you should train them up in the way they should go; bring them in the fear of God so that when they grow up their training will reflect in their leadership, utterances and every thing they do that give rest to political, economic and religious crises. They will also lead by considering others as themselves and unborn children.
In conclusion, we can say that the training we are exposed to at home will determine your utterance and your utterance will determine whether our lives will be in danger or not. Remember the only way curse can manifest itself in an individual is through sickness, poverty, barrenness, delay, failure and setback, but as a nation, political unrest, economic decay, academic frustration e.t.c. are symptoms.
Finally, you may not know how to train up your child properly to save the nation from further crisis if you don’t know the truth, the way or have life. No individual or nation comes to freedom except by Him. It is your identification with Him that makes the difference, because your name either attracts blessing or curse. See you next time.
