Transformational or visionary leaders view their impact beyond their time in office or lifetime, and their decisions are focused on future generations.

Last week we started with the scripture that says “Righteousness exalts a nation, and sin is a reproach to a nation”…, we also saw that any nation that wants to be recognized, be of value, and be relevant among the community of nations must have its managers, leaders as people who have full knowledge of God.

This simply implies that for a nation to be exalted, her heads and managers – which is her leaders must be people who have full knowledge of God. 1st Corinthians 15 : 34 clearly reveals that any nation who allows ungodly, unrighteous or unbelievers to govern her, has exposed her citizen to hardship and unending groaning .
This is one of the greatest revelations of God’s word that has been missing in our world or neglected among believers.
