ABOUT RLC: Realstar Leaders Club is a non-profit organization focused on grooming young people for leadership and governance. Our passion is to creatively raise and mentor a new generation of leaders who are God-fearing, having moral rectitude and holding ethical values; with an objective of restoring the destiny of our Nation.

OUR PROGRAMMES:
SCHOOL LEADERSHIP FORUM (SLF):
We believe young people must begin by identifying purpose: which, if driven effectively, will create a safe society. Thus, SLF helps the students reinvent their futures by changing their current perspectives or orientations. It is a ‘catch-them-young’ initiative.
YOUTH LEADERSHIP FORUM (YLF):
This is a program scheduled for the International Youth Day each year and crafted to inspire, motivate and challenge teenagers and youth to take their destinies (and ultimately, the nation’s) into their own hands. It offers ample opportunity to network and grow.
PARENTS’ FORUM (PF):
An annual meeting for parents aimed at re-equipping adults with wisdom for purposeful parenting that seeks to eliminate common misconceptions and practices that negatively impact our children and wards.
VISION 2035:
To have visionary leaders raised from amongst youth; actively participating in the leadership process of all sectors.
Awareness/Education:
To inspire the youth towards uprightness and civil responsibility.
To educate the youth (and influence their social circles) about the mandate of leadership committed to mankind.
Mentorship/Discipleship:
To discover and mentor young people towards stellar leadership and governance.
Installation:
To provide robust support system for the installation of competent and faithful individuals aspiring to position of authority at all tiers of government.
