WHO TO LEAD US

WHO

TO LEAD US.

In a nation such as ours, where the prevailing issue is recognized by all as leadership, there is a call for thoughtful civic dialogue to address the crucial question of “Who will lead us.”

Though most people believe only prayer can give us good leaders, well that’s not true.

Let me ask you, why are you not the leader we need in our Nation? The problem we have is most people never see themselves as qualified to lead, while few who see themselves as good enough to lead cannot synergize, negotiate, compromise, and use their Influence, resources, and skills to promote others.

Nigeria is one country in the world that is complete with all kinds of mineral resources and human resources yet, selfishness, greed, and insecurity have eaten deep into our hearts and blinded us in a manner that can’t be explained.

In the 2011 general election for example, we saw the caliber of people that contested for the presidential position, they all had different ideologies, values, visions, perceptions, or views for the same nation, the question is, out of the or about 14 contestants, and their running mates, none of them have common value, vision, ideology of view that can be harmonized to give Nigeria a future. This is one of the tragedies in our nation. Everyone wants to promote either ethics or religion not competence and professionalism.

Some choose to build false unity of political submission that didn’t come with liberty, justice, and progress thereby leaving the nation exposed to exploitation like never before.

I urge every elite in Nigeria and beyond to set aside ethnic and religious biases and unite in selfless service to our nation, establishing core values that guide the conduct of politicians, professionals, and citizens at every level. This marks the initial step in identifying the leaders our nation truly needs.

Recall according to UNICEF, we have about 18 million out-of-school children yearly, and about 7 million babies are born in Nigeria yearly so we don’t need leaders who are ethnic or religion-driven to provide leadership in this kind of nation but transformed and upright leaders who are visionary.

In conclusion, I assert that Nigeria’s success does not hinge on external entities like the IMF, World Bank, or foreign nations, but on our collective efforts. The question remains: Who is equipped to lead us? Join the conversation at www.realstarleadersclub.org to engage further.

Thank you for your time and for contributing to our shared vision. Feel free to share this message to aid in liberating our nation from obscurity.

Nothing improves without leadership.

We find ourselves in a world that solidly depends on leadership to create a path and provide direction for almost everything.

No nation arrives where they are without leadership. And no nation will get to where they are going without leadership.

AFTER RIGHTEOUSNESS, WHAT NEXT?

In our last conversation, we see righteousness as a non-negotiable quality of transformational or visionary leaders, similar to what we will be discussing today. Transformational or visionary leaders view their impact beyond their time in office or lifetime, and their decisions are focused on future generations.
Today, we will look at EMPAHTY as a non-negotiable quality of a leader. What is empathy?
